Liz Schrayer | President | email liz
Liz founded Schrayer & Associates, Inc. in 1995 with an eye toward helping nonprofit organizations, trade associations, and businesses create the strategies and organizational structures needed to engage citizen advocates and advance their public policy agendas. Today, her work focuses on strategic planning, meeting facilitation and advocacy campaigns. Prior to starting the firm, Liz served for 11 years as National Political Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), one of the most influential advocacy groups in the country. Throughout her career, Liz has worked on Capitol Hill and in the halls of state government. She has traveled to nearly every state and helped organize thousands of citizen advocates in all 435 Congressional districts. Originally from Chicago, Liz graduated from the University of Michigan with a double major in Political Science and American Studies.

William Kreisberg | Vice President | email billy
Billy manages advocacy activities for a range of clients with an emphasis on strategic planning, event management and lobby day preparation. He focuses on preparing advocacy support materials, coordinating event logistics, and overseeing the implementation of lobby day programs and policy conferences. Prior to joining Schrayer & Associates, Inc. in 2003, Billy served as Director of Customer Services for INSLAW, Inc., a software development and management consulting firm. In that position, he developed marketing strategies and oversaw all client relationships, working with many clients in the Fortune 500. Billy received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School. He is active in local community affairs, serving on a number of nonprofit boards. .

Olivia Harrison | Associate | email olivia
Olivia brings 10 years of grassroots advocacy and event planning experience to her role at Schrayer & Associates, Inc. She uses her extensive planning skills to make sure each client’s lobby day experience is a success. From scheduling Congressional appointments to coordinating transportation, Olivia attends to every detail. She excels at helping clients communicate effectively with policymakers by cohesively branding their message and program. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Olivia served as the Training and Education Coordinator for the National Abortion Federation and as a grassroots organizer with both the National Organization for Women and Stand For Children. She studied political science at the University of Oklahoma and Lewis & Clark College.
